I studied Modern Languages at the University of Pisa, and during those years, I began working in tourism as a tour leader. After completing my studies, I spent time abroad, discovering new cultures and lifestyles, which enriched my perspective and strengthened my love for authentic experiences. Eventually, I realized that my true calling was right here at home—showing people the real Tuscany. So, I started my own business to help visitors discover the genuine soul of my region. Our private chef experience with Claudia was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy! She welcomed us warmly and created a fun, hands-on cooking class where we learned how to make homemade pasta from scratch, as well as delicious traditional cantucci. Claudia was patient, knowledgeable, and passionate about sharing Italian cooking techniques and culture. The instructions were easy to follow, and it was so rewarding to enjoy the dishes we prepared together. Everything was authentic, delicious, and memorable. We left with new skills, wonderful memories, and recipes we can’t wait to recreate at home. We had Claudia twice during our stay! Magnificent, delicious food! Her lasagne and pork Wellington better than any restaurant meal we could have had! She was prompt and so delightful! Worth your money to do this experience!!!

It was such a pleasure to spend the day with Claudia to learn about the local cheese, wine and olive oil. Claudia is exceptionally knowledgeable about the region, the products and the history. We enjoyed the lovely scenic drive of the area and our tours at the cheese factory, winery and the Olive Oil manufacturer. Claudia has exceptional taste and we enjoyed her suggestions for our purchases of cheese, wine and olive oil to share with our friends. The day was very enjoyable and the time went by so quickly. We will highly recommend the Cheese, Wine and EVO tour with Claudia!
