- We arrange private cooking classes delivered directly to your villa at your best convenience, arranging the kitchen, providing all ingredients and all necessary tools. - During the preparation of the dishes you are involved in stretching the fresh dough for your home-made tagliatelle or ravioli by means of a rolling pin or chopping vegetables. The lesson let you learn a lot of tricks about the Tuscan recipes and about our habits and traditions, not only about food! - An unforgettable dinner, based on the dishes prepared, paired with wine. - Before leaving, we will clean up your kitchen completely.

Our private chef experience with Claudia was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy! She welcomed us warmly and created a fun, hands-on cooking class where we learned how to make homemade pasta from scratch, as well as delicious traditional cantucci. Claudia was patient, knowledgeable, and passionate about sharing Italian cooking techniques and culture. The instructions were easy to follow, and it was so rewarding to enjoy the dishes we prepared together. Everything was authentic, delicious, and memorable. We left with new skills, wonderful memories, and recipes we can’t wait to recreate at home.
