It was such a pleasure to spend the day with Claudia to learn about the local cheese, wine and olive oil. Claudia is exceptionally knowledgeable about the region, the products and the history. We enjoyed the lovely scenic drive of the area and our tours at the cheese factory, winery and the Olive Oil manufacturer. Claudia has exceptional taste and we enjoyed her suggestions for our purchases of cheese, wine and olive oil to share with our friends. The day was very enjoyable and the time went by so quickly.
